Nutty Pumpkin Hemp Bread

2 cups of AP flour1 1/2 cups hemp protein powder (I use bobs red mill brand)-if u dont have replace w/ more flour2 tsp of baking soda1 tsp saltspices (I just eyeball these) appx tbsp each of ginger, cloves, cinnamon etc.3 cups of canned pumpkin ( a little less than a 30 oz can full)2/3 cup of nonfat plain greek yogurt1 1/2 cups of honey or brown sugarhowever much nuts, dried fruit, and coconut you like
preheat oven to 350. mix dry ingredients well, then wet ingredients into it, finally folding in the nuts and fruit. Bake appx. 1 hour or until knife inserted into the loaf comes out clean. Enjoy!
