3 Large Boiled Eggs1 Tablespoon Mago1/2 Teaspoon Mustard1/2 Teaspoon (or less) HorseradishTony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
Boil and Peel eggs
Split Eggs and remove yolks to a small bowl
Mash Yolks with fork
Add Mayo, Mustard and Horseradish sause
Stir mixture until smooth
Add mixture back to halved eggs with spoon
Sprinkle Tony Chachere's seasoning over eggs
Makes 2 servings of 3 halves each.
