Ingredients
Fresh ApplesStalks of KaleLemon slices (without peel)Seedless grapesFresh pearsBaby CarrotsOther options:Frozen berries
Directions
Remove peel from lemon. Cut apples /pears / hard fruits into slices. Add fruits and veggies to industrial type blender (we use a Vitamix) a little at a time, adding water and ice cubes if desired. Voila!
