Pasta Primavera

Ingredients
Directions
1 lb rotelli3 cloves garlic1/2 onion2T olive oil1 pint sweet mini bell peppers1 package sliced portobellos1 package fresh spinach12 grape tomatoes3/4 c white wine1/2 c grated parmesan1 tsp saltFresh basil to taste6-8 servicings
Cook pasta according the directions
While pasta is cooking heat a wok with olive oil
Add garlic, onion and peppers. Fry until cooked.
Add mushrooms and tomatoes for a few minutes.
Add spinach and salt and cook until limp.
Add wine.and bring to boil.
Toss pasta and cheese in wok.
Serve
