Ingredients

Directions
In small paper bag put flour, paprika, salt, poultry seasoning,and pepper. Shake each piece of chicken in the flour mixture and place in baking dish with 1/4 cup of meted butter. Bake in 425 degree oven for 20 minutes, remove chicken from dish, add green peppers and onion and rice, brown on a burner on medium heat. Add chicken broth with salt in it, bake rice mixture in oven for 15 minutes, place chicken on top of rice mixture and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
