Blueberry Almond Smoothie

Ingredients
1/4 c. Almonds1/2 c. Milk (1%)1/2 c. Greek yogurt1/2 packet Truvia (or honey to taste)3/4 c. frozen blueberries1-1/2 c. fresh spinach
Directions
Put almonds in a blender and pulse till powdery. Add milk, yogurt, sweetner and blue berries. Blend 20-30 secs. Add spinach and blend 15-30 secs. Serve!

If you like a colder smoothie, add some crushed ice.
