Fat Free Brocco-tater Stew

3 medium white onions, diced6 garlic cloves, crushed3 medium waxy potatoes, diced1 tbsp. oregano¼ tsp cumin1/8 tsp cayenne pepper2 lbs. broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces, stems julienned28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
Heat a large saucepan over medium-high.
Add onions and a dash of water, sauté until onions are beginning to soften.
Add garlic, oregano, cumin and cayenne, cook, stirring, until fragrant.
Add the potatoes with another little dash of water, cover, and cook for about another 10 minutes until the potato cubes are tender, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
When the potatoes are tender, add the broccoli and crushed tomatoes, mix well.
Cover, and cook 20 minutes, stirring often.
