Red Velvet Cupcakes

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup flour3/4 cup sugar1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 tbsp cocoa powder3/4 cup vegetable oil1/2 cup buttermilk (or 1/2 cup normal milk w/ 1/2 tsp lemon juice or vinegar)1 egg1 tbsp red food coloring1/2 tsp white vinegar1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another.

While mixing, gradually add dry ingredients to wet until just combined.

Fill cupcake liners.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
