and this recipe is healthy because? ? ? ? ?
Don't think so. It is too high in fat and sodium and doesn't have enough nutrition, other than the tuna. - 5/28/08

I agree on the sodium being too high. You should not exceed 500 mg per serving, and 2,300 mg per day (1,800 mg if you have high blood pressure). However, what our freind, starting1over, may not be aware of is high proteins have fat, but good fat. These are the Omega-3 fatty acids. - 12/26/11

I made this last night and it was great. I went WAY overboard with the onions (oops) but it was still good. I know it will be awesome the next time I make it and use a little discretion when selecting an onion to chop. I added canned mushrooms and frozen peas to the mix, yummy! - 4/1/08

I like tuna casserole & so do my kids. We noticed a difference in the taste with using the mayo & lighter soup. I added peas to this but omitted the onion. My kids dont like onions. - 12/5/07

The recipe says 'top with cheese' but cheese is not part of the ingredients list. How much cheese? Is the cheese included in the nutrition list? - 12/5/07
