Country Sausage Stew

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil1 lb kielbasa, cut into 1/2 inch slices2 onions, each cut into 6 wedges2 tsp all purpose flour2 cans lo sodium diced tomatoes, undrained1 cup baby carrots4 red potatoes, each cut into 8 wedges1/2 tsp dried thyme1 green pepper, cut into large pieces
Directions
1. Heat oil in large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat until hot. Add sausage and onions; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Add flour; mix well. Stir in all remaining ingredients except bell pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low; partially cover pan and simmer 15 minutes.

3. Add bell peppers; cook uncovered, 8-12 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
