Adai (made with 1 ladle of batter)

Ingredients
1 cup rice1 cup moong dal1 cup chana dal1 cup toor dalchillies to tastesalt to taste
Directions
Soak all ingredients in water for 3-4 hrs. Grind to a smooth batter with water.

Spread 1 ladle of batter on a non-stick griddle. Use 1/2 tsp oil around to cook it until golden borwn. Serve with chutney.
