Zucchini bread

Ingredients
3 eggs3/4 cup oil2 cups sugar3 tsp vanilla2 cups grated zucchiniMix tog. ingredients above in a Kitchen Aide or with a rotary mixer till well mixed.In a separate bowl stir tog. all dry ingredients. 1 cup whole wheat flour2 cups reg flour1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda3 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions
Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet above till well combined. Scrape bowl well to insure no hidden unmixed dry ingredients.
Divide dough and bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans. 325 degrees for 1 hour. Check for doneness with a toothpick. Turn out on racks to cool. Bag. Freezes well Makes 2 loaves, slice into 12 pieces each loaf.
