2 cups Red Kidney Beans in canned rinsed1 cup Corn, canned rinsed3 tbsp Cilantro, dried1 tbsp Chili Powder1 tbsp Lime Juice1 tsp Cumin Powder
Open cans, add spices, microwave for 5 minutes. This is great to put into glads 4oz containers and you have a snack ready.
Serving Size: 1 cup is great for two small low carb burrito or lettuce wraps
