Crock Pot Chicken w/ bacon mushrooms carrots and White Wine

Ingredients
3 Chicken Breasts (Boneless and Skinless)6 Strips of Bacon (cooked crisp and broken into thirds)1/2 pound of carrots (I used baby carrots)8oz by weight WHOLE mushrooms1 medium onion (CHOPPED)1/2 stick of butter1 TB Rosemary (Dried)1 Cup White Wine
Directions
Cook Bacon, remove from skillet. Drain skillet of all but 1 TB of bacon fat...cook the onion in the bacon fat until softened.

Place all ingredients into the crock pot (slice butter up and drop evenly through dish)

Cook on HIGH 3 hours or on LOW 6 hours.

Serving Size: makes 6-8 servings
