French Toast Batter (add you own bread)

Ingredients
1 C egg substitute1/2 C skim milk2 tsp ground cinnamon2 tsp Vanilla extract
Directions
Take bread of your choice (I used Sara Lee 45 Cal) and let dry slightly, or toast for a few seconds so the bread will dry out and soak up the mixture. Lay bread out on a cookie sheet. Mix ingredients and pour over evenly over bread. Cook on nonstick griddle or nonstick skillet over medium heat (300 F) until brown on both sides.

Note: If you use thicker bread you might want to pour half of mixture over the bread, flip it, and then pour the other half to ensure even coverage. Also thicker slices may take longer to cook,
