Roasted Corn and Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 can black beans drained and rinsed 1 large red pepper diced 1/2 large red onion 2 large ears of grilled corn 1 jalapeno seeded and finely diced 1/2 cup light Italian dressing cilantro and pepper to your taste
Directions
Plan ahead and grill some extra corn, or you can use 1 3/4 cup frozen corn thawed, or a can drained. Wash and dice vegetables. Stir in dressing and seasonings and chill.
