Dill, Lemon and Honey Chicken

1lb boneless, skinless chicken breast4Tbsp honey4Tbsp dill weed (dried or fresh)2Tbsp lemon juice1/4 cup onions2tbsp Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread
Cut your chicken breasts in half such that they are reasonably thin.
Chop the onions
In a bowl, mix the dill, honey and lemon juice
Combine the chicken breast,onions and sauce in a plastic bag and allow to marinate a few hours (or overnight if you have time!)
In a saute' pan, melt the Smart Balance and add your chicken
Cook about 10 minutes on either side until chicken is no longer pink
Serve with your choice of fresh veggies!I used beets
