JP's Peanut Butter Protein Bars

Ingredients
1 cup natural peanut butter8 Tablespoons of syrup1 cup soy protein powder1 cup of quick oats
Directions
Combine peanut butter and syrup in a saucepan and warm over low heat, stirring constantly until easily blended. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Mix well and add more syrup or water if too dry or powder if too wet. Smooth into a pan or tray, let sit for 20 minutes and cut into 12 bars. Wrap and store in fridge.
