Nikhil's Palak Paneer

1 lb paneer10 oz package of spinach (fresh is better, but frozen would work)1 bunch fresh cilantro3 jalapeno peppers1 cup chopped onions1 cup frozen peas1 tbsp vegetable oil2 tbsp MDH Kitchen King Mix spice pack2 tbsp Shan Karahi/Fry Gosht Curry Mix spice pack2 tbsp Swad ginger & garlic paste1 tsp mustard seed1 tsp cumin seed3 dried serrano peppers2 cups milk
Remove stalks from cilantro and spinach and rinse well. In a blender, puree spinach, cilanto and jalapenos together. You will need to add about 1/2 cup of water.
In a stove top pot, heat oil and brown onions with spices, ginger & garlic paste and serrano peppers. Cut paneer into bite sized cubes and add to pan to quick fry for about 5 minutes.
Dump spinach puree into pot and add milk and peas. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 20-30 minutes at a simmer to bring everything together.
Spicy & delicious. Serve with basmati rice or warm roti.
