Grilled Summer Salsa Tilapia

Ingredients
2 4oz Tilapia filets1 tbsp light margerine1 oz orange juicePinch of garlic sea saltPepper to taste2 tbsp Mango-peach Salsa
Directions
Place light margerine on foil. Place tilipia filets over top of margerine. Roll foil upwards to begin to create a foil pack. Add 1 oz of orange juice. Add garlic salt and pepper to season. Grill at 350 degrees in foil pack for approximately 10 minutes or until fish flakes apart.

Plate and top with mango peach salsa.

Serve with grilled zucchini or your favorite veggie and rice.

**This recipe can also be prepared in a pan.**
