Green Bean Stew

Ingredients
250 grams extra lean ground beef2 cups fresh, frozen or canned green beans3 large potatoes, diced2-3 cups beef brothfresh or powdered garlic, to tasteapproximately 1 tsp savoury
Directions
Brown the ground beef and drain any fat. Place beef in a large pot with diced potatoes, beans, broth and seasoning (if using canned beans, add in the last 5 minutes of cooking.) Bring to a bowl, reduce temperature and let simmer until potatoes are done and beans are tender. Serve with multigrain bread or biscuits.
