Lisa's TVP Italian Meatballs

Ingredients
* Bob's Red Mill TVP, 1 cup * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1/2 cup * Egg white, 1 serving * Garlic, 2 clove * Onions, raw, 1 small * *Italian Seasoning, 2 tbsp * Pepper, black, 1 tsp * Salt, 1 tsp * Nutritional yeast - 2 tbsp
Directions
Reconstitute TVP in 1 cup hot water - let stand 10 minutes.

Dice onion and mince garlic. Add to a bowl and mix with TVP, breadcrumbs and remaining ingredients. To make this vegan eliminate the egg white or use an egg replacer. Nutritonal yeast can be replaced with parmesan cheese. Form into balls and bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.

Add to your favorite sauce or gravy.

Makes 12-15 "meatballs"
