2 bunches fresh broccoli chopped1 large onion diced 1 med carrot peeled and sliced2 med potatoes not peeled, but scrubbed and diced)2 crushed cloves garlic1 whole bay leaf1 tsp paprika1 tsp black pepper1 cup skim milk4 cups chicken broth
chop all ingredeients and put in a pot. Bring to a boil then simmer 30 min. or until all vegetables are tender. Blend in your blender. That's it.

I have no idea, I guess you could use low sodium chicken broth, because there isn't any added salt. So that must be it. I'm actually gonna make this tonight, so I'll try it out and let you know how it is. I can't imagine it being that different.
