Ingredients
1tbs olive oil1 onion500g minced beef500g mixed vedegatables1 packtet beef and vedge soupsalt black pepper
Directions
heat oil in pan, brown onions and beef , add salt and pepper add vedge and beef soup cook till the vedge are done dish up

alt if you add curry powder - 1tbs & tueric .5tbs you will have a lovely curry mince recipe
