Apple Cinnamon Low Fat Granola

Steel Cut Oats, dry, 15 cup (remove)Apple juice, unsweetened, 1 cup (remove)Granulated Sugar, 2.25 cup (remove)*Molasses, blackstrap, 2 tbsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 6 tbsp (remove)Salt, 1.5 tsp (remove)
Mix in a big bowl oats and cinnamon and put to the side. In a sauce pan add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a small boil and turn off. Add liquid ingredients to oat mixture and stir till all moistened. Then divide onto 3 cookie sheets and bake at 375 * F for 10 minutes. Stir and bake for another 8 or 9 minutes. Pour into another bowl to cool and then transfer to your storage container.
