Tuna and White Bean Salad

Ingredients
2 leaves basil1 Tbsp red wine vinegar1.5 cups white beans1 onion1 cup grape tomatoes3 Tbsp capers1 can albacore tuna2 Tbsp olive oil1 cup lettuce
Directions
Prep: Drain beans and rinse. Thinly slice onion. Roll up fresh basil and cut into thin ribbons.

To Prepare: Drain Tuna and add to a large bowl, making sure to use a fork to break tuna up. Add the beans and capers and mix. Mix Olive oil and vinegar in a small bowl. Season with sald and pepper. Add to tuna mixture. Add onions and tomatoes and toss together. Serve over lettuce and top with basil.
