Pinto Bean Soup

Ingredients
1/2 onion, chopped1/2 red bell pepper, chopped1 slice turkey bacon, chopped4 whole tomatoes (canned), chopped1 can pinto beans1/2 tsp garlic powder4 cups homemade beef stock7 leaves basil, chopped
Directions
Cook onions, pepper and turkey bacon together in a saucier (with a bit of olive oil or cooking spray, if desired).

When soft, add tomatoes, beans and garlic powder. Heat through.

Add stock and basil, and heat on low until desired doneness (or until you're ready for dinner).

Eat!
