Ingredients
Directions
4 appleslemon juice (about 15 g)cinnamon100 g brown cane sugarfiber oatmeal 100 gspelt 50 g (if you dont have it just take another 50 g of the oatmeal)rape seed oil 10 g psyllium seeds 15 g
Slice the apples. I took the convenient apple slicer. Mix the everything except for the apples and then add the apples last. mix it thorough and put it in a pan of choice. I put it in the oven at 200 degrees Celcius for about 50 minutes (I turned the oven off to save electricity after about 40 mins:))
This doesn't turn out as a cakey cake, it doesn't stick together very well, so just put it in a nice bowl. I'd serve it either with ice cream, vanilla sauce or just enjoy it plain and let the delicious taste of the apples speak for itself.
