Chili Beef Stew for the Slow cook

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs Angus Beef for Stew Meat, 4 medium potatoes1 medium Onion coarsely chopped 3 cans(14.5oz each) Del Monte Diced Tomatoes with Zesty Mild Green Chilies 1 3/4 Beef Broth Made from Low Sodium Beef Base 1 tbsp Chili powder, 2 tsp Cumin (ground), 1 tsp Garlic Salt1/8 tsp Black Pepper ,
Directions
1. In 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker. mix all ingredients

2.Cover, cook on low heat setting for 9 to 10 hours
(I cook mine for 9 hours.)
