Directions
The ingredients are variable depending upon how dry your flour is. You may need to add more up to 1/8 to 1/4 cup more milk to a couple tablespoons more flour. 3 Tbsp unsalted butter1/2 tsp basil1/2 tsp oregano1/2 tsp rosemary1 1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup raw onions4 1/2 tsp granulated sugar3 cups enriched white wheat flour2 tsp active dry yeast1 tsp Italian seasoning3/4 cup + 2 Tbsp Silk Organic Unsweetened Soy Milk
Place all ingredients in bread pan according to manufacturer, using least amount of liquid listed in the recipe. Select medium crust setting and press start.
Observe the dough as it kneads. After 5 to 10 minutes if it appears dry and stiff, or if your machines sounds as if it's straining to knead it, add more liquid 1 tablespoon at a time until dough forms a smooth, soft, pliable ball that is slight tacky to the touch. Bake on normal setting.
After baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
