Spicy Shrimp Skillet

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped red pepper1/4 cup diced onionlarge handful of fresh spinach (or about 1/2 cup frozen, chopped spinach)125 grams of shrimp1/2 tbsp coconut ghee (or use butter or oil)1 rounded tsp chili garlic paste1 individual size packet of stevia
Directions
Heat oil or ghee up in frypan. Add onion and peppers. Add spinach. If using fresh spinach, let it wilt.
Add shrimp and heat through. Add chill garlic paste and stevia packet.
VOILA!
