Peach Cobbler, Gluten free

Ingredients
6 - 8 cups sliced fresh peaches 2 cups Gluten Free flour mix1 1/2 cups sugar, 2 beaten eggs12 Tablespoons butter
Directions
6 - 8 cups sliced fresh peaches (place in bottom of 13x9 pan. (If peaches are very juicey, can sprinkle some tapioca on top)
mix together 2 cups Gluten Free flour mix, 1 1/2 cups sugar, and 2 beaten eggs. (will be crumbly). spread over peaches.
melt 3/4 cups butter and drizzle over flour mixture.
sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
bake for 45 min at 375 degrees.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
