Ingredients
1 Whole Wheat Fajita28g Shredded Cheese of your choice (I used 14g mild cheddar & 14g pizza cheese)1/4 cup of pasta sauce
Directions
These are quick & easy to make. Place your fajita on a piece of foil. Add pasta sauce directly in the middle of the fajita and use a spoon to spread the sauce in a circular motion. Then add your cheese. (If you choose to add a meat or veggie topping, do so then). Place it in the oven on 350 for 5 minutes. Carefully remove it from the oven and let it stand for about a minute. Then cut into 4's and serve. This is a perfect treat for the kids to have fun making and enjoy eating.
