Julienne with chicken

Ingredients
*Mushrooms, fresh, 60 grams*Onions, raw, 3 slice, thin*Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 1.30 oz*cheese mazzarella cheddar part skim 1/3 of a cup, 15 gram
Directions
*Add tea sp. of olive oil to the pan. Cook onions, usually half-rings on medium fire for apprx. 5 minutes. Put them away.

*Fry chicken, cut into cubic pieces apprx. 1/2' dia, maybe even less on 2 tbsp. of olive oil, if necessary add more. Fry on the same medium fire. When all meat will be white, add black pepper and salt to taste, herbs, little of curry, and leave it for 5 more minutes. Put away. It will take meat nearly 20 min to be cooked.

*Fry mushrooms on 1 tbsp. of olive oil cutted on thin stripes. Mushroomes should give juice. Wait untill all juice that they produced will be abserbed and put away. It will take nearly 25 minutes to cook mushrooms.

*Cover the chicken with mushroomes (make sure chicken almost have no oil in the pan), cover mushrooms with onions, put mazzarella cheese on the top of all of this, better more than less. Wait until all cheese will melt. Serve

*Tips: in order cooking to be faster, I usually cook mushrooms on one pan, while at the same time chiken on the other pan. Thus it all takes me nearly half an hour to cook everything.
