3 1/2 C Water8 Bags of Cranberry Tea1 c Cranberry Juice (Unsweetened)1 c Apple Juice (Unsweetened)1 c Welch's Sparkling Red Grape juiceJuice of 1 Lime
Cranberries are an anti-bacterial and antioxidant fruit possessing potent healing properties, especially in the area of urinary tract infections.
Bring water to a boil in a large pan. Add tea bags and remove from heat. Cover and let steep for 10-15 minutes. Remove tea bags. Add juices, sweetener and refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes one gallon.
Double or triple the recipe and freeze ice cubes made of punch ahead of time.
