1.5 cup 2% Milk6 oz Low Fat Cheddar CheeseDash Hot Pepper Sauce 3 T Flour1 T I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Regular (Soft) Spread, 1 T Dried Onion Flakes ˝ tsp Dry mustard 9 cup Cauliflower, raw 1 tsp Paprika
boil cauliflower. Melt margarine in pan. Add paprika, mustard and dehydrated onion and flour. Slowly stir in milk until smooth. Add hot sauce and cheese. Stir until thickened and cheese is melted.
