Chiobani Nonfat Greek Yogurt 2 Tbsp * 1 can chick peas, drained 1 tbsp of tahini or peanut butter 1 tbsp olive oil1 tsp Tabasco2 tbsp Lemon Juice1 tsp ground cuminsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth
