Waffles

Ingredients
2 lg. eggs2 C flour1 3/4 C milk1/2 C oil1 T sugar4 t baking powder1/4 t salt1/2 t vanilla extract
Directions
1. Heat waffle iron. Beat eggs in lg bowl until fluffy. Beat in flour, milk, oil, sugar, baking powder, salt and vanilla extract until smooth.

2. Pour ladle fulls of mix onto hot iron and cook until browned.

Serving Size: Makes 6 four part waffles
