Country Scalloped Ham and Potatoes

Ingredients
*Potato, raw, 8 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.), sliced thin Onions, raw, 1 large (remove), chopped Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 3 cup, diced (remove) *Country Gravy Mix, 2 cup (remove) Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove) Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
Combine potatoes, onions, and ham in crock pot that has been lightly greased. Combine gravy mix, soup, and water in bowl: whisk until combined. Pour gravy mix over potatoes/ham. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
