Spicy Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients
1 15 oz can black beans, drained & rinsed1 large 3gg1/3 cup plain bread crumbs1/2 diced jalapeno pepper (about 1 Tablespoon)1/2 tsp cumin1/2 tsp chili powder1 clove garlic, minced1/4 cup diced onions2 T fresh chopped cilantro
Directions
1. Drain and rinse black beans and add to a medium sized bowl.
2. Partially mash the beans.
3. All all other ingredients and combine well.
4. Saute in a small amount of oile until crispy on the outside.

This recipe is pretty mild, adjust seasonings to your taste

Serving Size: Makes 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick
