Ingredients:Craig's Strawberry Lite Fruit Spread 10g, 14 serving *Margarine, Meadowlea Lite, 50 gram(s) Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed *Flour, white, 1.25 cup *Wheatgerm, 5 tbsp *Meadow Fresh CalciTrim, 0.5 cup Baking Powder, 1 tsp I egg
Grease pudding bowl, spread jam in the base. Beat margarine, sugar and egg till smooth and creamy. Sift in flour, baking powder, mix in wheatgerm and milk. Spread carefully on top of the jam. Put on lid or foil, put in deep pot with at least 5cm of boiling water around it. Put the lid on the pan, simmer on low for one hour. Run a knife around the edge before tipping onto serving plate.
