16 oz pure canned pumpkin1/2 cup egg whites1 tsp ground all spice1/2 tsp ground ginger1/4 tsp ground cloves2/3 cup sugar12 oz nonfat evaporated milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and pour into a pie plate that has been sprayed with vegetable oil spray.
Bake 50-60 minutes (until a toothpick comes out clean).
