Glazed Rosemary Pork

3 Tbls honey2 tsp olive oil (plus 1 Tbls set aside)1 Tbls dijon mustard1 Tbls minced fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed1 tsp balsamic vinegar4 cloves garlic, minced 1/8 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper2 1lb each pork tenderloins, cut into 1-inch slices
1. In a small bowl, combine the honey, 2 teaspoons oil, mustard, rosemary, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper; set .

2. Flatten pork slices to 1/2-in. thickness.
3. In a large nonstick skillet, saute pork in remaining oil for 1 minute on each side or until browned.
4. Transfer to a 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray.
5. Spoon honey mixture over meat.
6. Bake, uncovered, until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees
