Sweet Potato and bean chili

Ingredients
1/2 large sweet onion, choppedGarlic, 3 tsp western family black beans, 2 cans, drained and rinsedwestern family diced tomatoes no salt added, 3 canswestern family corn, 1 can, drained and rinsed western family kidney beans, no salt added, 5 cans drained and rinsedGreat northern beans 1 can, drained and rinsedChili powder, 2 tbsp6 sweet potatoes (smallish), chopped8 oz 80/20 ground beef, (would prefer lower fat but only had this for the calorie count)5 Artisian Chicken Mozzarella Sausage, sliced
Directions
In a large dutch oven pan, cook the potatoes in small amount of water till done and water mostly evaporated. Add onions and garlic. Add beans, corn and tomatoes. Add spices. Cook over medium low until warmed.
serve with polenta or chips, sour cream and cheese.
