Beef Stroganoff

500 gm Beef strips or steak500 gm mushrooms500 gm onion450 ml light sour cream1 tsp mustard powder1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper
-slice mushrooms, onions and beef
- put a tsp water in a frypan on low heat. Add mushrooms and onions. Cover with foil and cook until soft. (approx 20 mins). Revove from pan and onto plate.
- Brown beef in same pan, and when all browned, add back to the pan the mush and onion.
- Add sour cream.
mix mustard powder, salt and pepper in a small dish and add enough water to make a paste. Stir into sour cream.
- Heat and serve.
Good with rice or mashed potatoes
