Melissa's Protein Fudge

1/2 cup light cream cheese6 tablespoons soynut butter4 scoops chocolate protein powder1/4 cup eggbeaters1 packet nestle sugar-free instant cocoa2 tablespoons cocoa powder5 packets splenda1 tsp. vanilla extract1/2 cup dry oatmeal
In a small heat-proof container combine cream cheese and soynut butter. Microwave until soft, stir together. Add splenda, egg beaters, protein powder and hot cocoa mix. Stir together well, it will be very stiff. Add in oats and combine, reheating if necessary. Press into a greased 5 x7 pan and chill. Cut into 16 squares. Looks pretty topped with seasonal sprinkles. Keep chilled.
