PVL Grilled Shrimp&Scallops

Ingredients
shrimp, scallops, butter, onion, garlic
Directions
Melt butter; cook onion, garlic until soft (5 minutes)
Remove from heat; add lemon juice and salt;
Place shrimp/scallops in large bowl and toss w/ butter mixture
Thread scallops/shrimp on skewers; grill about 4 minutes/side
Return butter to saucepan, bring to boil, then keep warm while grilling - toss with grilled shrimp/scallops and serve.
