1/4 Cup Brown Minute Rice1 Small Tortilla from LaTortilla Factory1/2 Tbsp Salsa1/2 Tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream1/2 Tsp Enchilada Seasoning Mix 1/4 Serving of Morningstar Veggie Crumbles 1/4 of Serving of Fiesta Blend Vegetables
Directions
Cook rice & add 1/4 Tsp of Enchilada Seasoning Mix

Heat Veggie Crumbles & Fiesta Blend Crumbles in pan

Spread sour cream, 1/4 Tsp of Enchilada Seasoning mix & salsa onto tortilla

Add as much rice, crumbles, and veggies onto tortilla as desired

Make a side dish out of any of the remaining mixture
