Ground Pork and Quinoa Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients
1 lb ground pork1 c fully cooked quinoa1 egg1 tbsp soy sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 450.

Mix all ingredients together.

Spray muffin tins with cooking spray.

Scoop mixture into each muffin cup.

Cook thoroughly.
