Ingredients
2 lb baby carrots, chopped1 bunch of celery, chopped2 cans diced tomatoes2 cans cut green beans1 packet fat free onion soup mix3 green bell peppers, chopped3 green onions, chopped32 oz beef broth, fat free, reduced sodiumSeason to taste
Directions
Add all ingredients into large pot. Add water to cover and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, cover, reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender (not mushy).
